Gender-fluid model Ruby Rose is set to shake up Litchfield Penitentiary in the third season of Orange Is the New Black.
The Australian DJ, 28, was revealed as the new 'lust object of both Alex and Piper' in the lastest issue of Elle magazine, which hit newsstands yesterday (6 January).
Netflix confirmed that Rose will play Stella Carlin, 'whose sarcastic sense of humor and captivating looks quickly draw the attention of some of Litchfield's inmates.'
Rose tweeted, ‘Grab yourself a copy of US ELLE MAGAZINE and read about my new role on a small unheard of series called Orange Is The New Black.. (insert sarcasm ). Haha I am very excited and honored to be named one of the magazine’s fresh faces on TV to watch in 2015.’
In July, Rose came out as gender-fluid, neither identifying as either a woman or a man, and is engaged to model Phoebe Dahl.
The new season is currently filming and will air in June or July.
