Coming out videos are one of many genres being celebrated this month
YouTube is celebrating it’s 10th birthday throughout the month of May by giving shoutouts to some of the most memorable content over the past decade. Moving through the alphabet, from A-Z, the video-sharing powerhouse is using the letter I to honor the more than 35,000 coming out videos that have been uploaded to the site. I stands for It Gets Better, the project started by Dan Savage and his husband Terry Miller that has seen participation from thousands of participants, from young teens, to police officers, teachers, actors, and even the President.
